MAYOR ANTONIO R. VILLARAIGOSA
During Community Budget Day, the Mayor provides information to the people of Los Angeles on the City’s fiscal status and previews opportunities for Neighborhood Councils and all the people of Los Angeles to give their input on the budget he is proposing for the upcoming fiscal year. This year a special session on the budget has been added to the Congress event programs to provide a more in-depth understanding of the fiscal challenges the City faces and how the Mayor’s proposed 2010-2011 budget will address them.
